The hotel is located in the city centre. Beside it: the central market, railway station and bus station (600 m), central post office, shopping centers, stores and restaurants.

Persons living in the hotel are rendered additional services on granting in rooms of tableware, additional bedding and accessories for ironing, towels, dressing gowns, reception and sending of fax correspondence, services of e-mail, photocopying, using computer engineering, services of a parking lot, call of a taxi.

The equipment of the wireless Internet (Wi-Fi) is established. Sale of Wi-Fi cards is organized.

On floors at a chambermaid on duty it is possible to get articles of prime necessity, tea, coffee, cookies. On the 1st floor the sauna, cookery, restaurant and an ATM of the Asian-Pacific bank settle down. (ATMs of the Savings Bank are in 5 minutes of walking from the hotel at its office and in the central post office).

In all rooms there are a separate bathroom, phone, a refrigerator, a TV set, cable television (36 channels). The special equipment, allowing reception of teleprograms from the People’s Republic of China is established. There are air conditioners in all rooms, except single rooms.
